Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams, including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
- Ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
- Conduct engaging staff meetings to foster communication.
- Cultivate strong vendor relationships to enhance service offerings.
Sales and Operations Management:
- Drive sales and manage team performance effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute timely orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Analyze P&L statements to achieve business targets.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or similar service industry.
- Proven experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
- Ability to foster a customer-centric culture.
