As a Busser at Giana, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall dining experience by maintaining an immaculate and inviting dining area. Your efficiency in clearing tables, resetting them with precision, and attending to guests' needs will contribute to an exceptional atmosphere where guests can fully savor the flavors and ambience of Giana.
 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with servers and the kitchen team to provide seamless and efficient service to our guests.
• Clear and reset tables promptly and accurately, ensuring each guest is welcomed to a clean and inviting dining area.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables, making certain each dish is presented with care and attention to detail.
• Attend to guests' needs proactively, refilling water glasses and addressing any requests promptly and courteously.
• Support the bar team by collecting and cleaning glassware, ensuring a well-stocked and polished bar area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area, including floors, furniture, and restroom facilities.
• Embrace eco-conscious practices, participating in waste reduction and recycling initiatives, contributing to Giana's commitment to sustainability.
• Demonstrate a positive and team-oriented mindset, working collaboratively with colleagues to create a warm and welcoming environment for all.
   

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a busser in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• A  strong work ethic, with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate our guests' needs and peak dining hours.
• A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience
• Dedication to maintaining a clean and organized dining area, reflecting Giana's commitment to impeccable hospitality
