The high-quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems are assembled in both clean room and non-clean room environments. Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous Deburring and Polishing Operator to join our precision manufacturing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deburring and polishing components to ensure they meet high-quality standards for detailed work. This role requires excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with intricate components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deburring: Perform deburring of precision components using various tools and techniques. Ensure all burrs are removed and surfaces are smooth.

• Polishing: Polish components to achieve the required finish and surface quality with / without magnification. Use polishing tools as specified.

• Quality Control: Inspect deburred and polished components for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Document inspection results and report any non-conformities.

• Process Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of deburring and polishing processes, including work instructions and inspection records.

• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that deburring and polishing equipment, are properly maintained and calibrated. Report any equipment issues to the maintenance team.

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure smooth deburring and polishing processes and high-quality output.

Qualifications:

• Education: Technical Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in deburring and polishing, preferably in the precision manufacturing industry.

• Skills:

• • Proficiency in deburring and polishing techniques.

• • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other precision assembly techniques and testing methods.

Additional Information:

• Work Environment: Temperature and humidity-regulated environment. Ear protection required at all times.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle small and large （<1000mm） components with precision.
