Tax Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Camp Hill, PA
Schedule: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000

Overview:
Leads tax engagements and delivers strategic tax planning and advisory services for privately held businesses. This role focuses on complex return review, client advisory, and team leadership within a public accounting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and review preparation of complex tax returns (corporations, partnerships, individuals)
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to minimize client tax liability
- Research and analyze complex tax issues and ensure compliance with current regulations
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Support tax compliance, accounting, and consulting engagements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license
- 7+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Willingness to work seasonal overtime
- Valid driver’s license for occasional travel
