Associate Director –Amazon Marketplace

We are seeking a Asociate Director- Amazon Marketplace  with 10+ years of experience. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across Amazon’s ecosystem and a strong track record of driving growth for brands on the platform.

Role Summary:

Own and scale the Amazon/marketplace practice with responsibility for revenue, client strategy, and delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new sales, cross-sell, and upsell
• Lead client strategy and performance (revenue, ROAS)
• Support proposals, pitches, and closures
• Build and mentor the team; define processes

Must-Have:

• Strong Amazon/e-commerce experience
• Proven revenue ownership / sales exposure
• Leadership and stakeholder management

Success Metrics:

Revenue growth, new wins, client retention
