Position Title: Production Worker (Pastry/Confectionary)
Working Location: Jurong
Working Hours: 5 days rotating (including weekends and PH) 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
Salary Package: Basic + OT + Performance Bonus + Lunch provided
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Produce a variety of pastries and puddings, ensuring all items adhere to set recipes and standard operating procedures.
Maintain kitchen equipment and uphold food safety standards and cleanliness.
Manage the receipt, packing, and storage of both raw materials and finished goods following temperature guidelines.
Conduct basic cleaning and upkeep of the central kitchen.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requires at least 1 year of experience in pastry preparation, preferably in a central kitchen setting.
Must be capable of standing for extended periods and working in chilled room temperature (15 degrees).
