With strong integration across cloud, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity, the company emphasizes engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and operational stability within a collaborative, high-performance culture.

About the Role:

The Systems Engineering role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing core server platforms and system architectures. This position ensures infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance, while supporting business-critical operations.

The role requires a hands-on technical expert with deep knowledge of operating systems and system design, capable of improving performance, managing incidents, and collaborating across infrastructure, cloud, network, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, standardize, and maintain operating system platforms, including hardened configurations, system images, and lifecycle management (patching, upgrades, version control)
  • Develop automation tools, scripts, and provisioning frameworks to reduce manual work and improve consistency
  • Monitor and optimize system performance (CPU, memory, storage, I/O), conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure high availability
  • Lead modernization initiatives (e.g., cloud integration, containerization) and evaluate new technologies to improve reliability and efficiency
  • Perform capacity planning, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with security and configuration standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-severity incidents, ensuring proper documentation and preventive actions
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Cloud, Network, Security, SysAdmin) to align system architecture and operations
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Windows and/or Linux systems, including system architecture and high-availability design
  • Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure environments
  • Proficiency in automation, scripting, and system provisioning tools
  • Solid understanding of security best practices (hardening, least privilege) and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, and hybrid environments
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
  • Experience managing incidents and working in high-pressure production environments
  • Commitment to continuous learning and evolving technologies
