Machine Operator / Packager

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable Machine Operators / Packagers to join our team. In this role, you will operate production equipment, feed plastic strands into processing machines, and package finished plastic pellets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Current Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Upcoming Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Feed plastic strands into machines for pelletizing.
• Package finished plastic pellets.
• Perform quality checks on products.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work any shift, including the rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
