NOW HIRING – CNC Machinists & CNC Programmers
A manufacturing facility in Kilgore, TX is seeking experienced CNC Machinists and CNC Programmers to join their team.
Location:
Kilgore, TX
Pay:
- CNC Machinist: $20.00 - $24.00/hour
- CNC Programmer: $29.00 - $32.00/hour
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 2-3 Saturdays per month
- Sundays always off
- Overtime available (some required, some optional)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to fabricate parts from raw materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
- Set up and operate multiple CNC machines efficiently
- Work with FANUC CNC systems (HAAS experience is a plus)
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment
- Troubleshoot production issues with engineers and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- CNC/Lathe experience is required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills (email, phone, and in person)
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and drug screening
