Hourly Pay Range:
$17.05 - $25.55 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
Position: Customer Service Associate, Fitness Center
Location: Chicago, IL
Part time, 16.5 weekly hours
Hours: Fridays 4-7pm, Saturdays and Sundays 12-6:45pm
Required Travel: None
What you will do:
Demonstrates a commitment to the mission of Galter Life Center and demonstrates a service orientation and adheres to all responsibilities and standards of the Life Center.
Greet every member and/or guest that enters and exits the facility.
Swipe/Enter each member or guest into the facility and verify that membership information is accurate.
Provide general information about classes, programs, services, special promotions, and answer inquiries via telephone or in person. Direct inquires/questions to the appropriate person if not familiar or unable to assist.
Be able to conduct a tour of the facility and answer general membership questions.
Complete register sale transactions for products and services and take membership payments.
Update basic member information including: address, email, phone and credit cards in CSI software.
Answers high volume of incoming calls promptly, courteously, and transfers calls to appropriate personnel
What you will need:
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Prior Customer Service/Desk Operations experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
