Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications
Location: Pasig, Philippines

About the Role
A highly regulated organization is looking for a seasoned Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications to lead enterprise-wide corporate communications, public affairs, media relations, reputation management, executive communications, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
This executive will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership in protecting and enhancing the organization's corporate reputation while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's corporate communications and public affairs strategy.
- Lead media relations, executive communications, public relations, and corporate messaging.
- Manage crisis communications and reputation management initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media organizations, regulators, government agencies, and key external stakeholders.
- Oversee internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead planning and execution of corporate events, executive forums, and stakeholder engagements.
- Ensure communication strategies comply with applicable regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
- Manage communications agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Provide strategic communications counsel to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or corporate relations, including leadership roles.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries such as telecommunications, banking, financial services, utilities, healthcare, or similar sectors.
- Strong expertise in media relations, crisis communications, executive communications, and stakeholder management.
- Experience engaging with government agencies and regulatory bodies is highly preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
