About the role
Reporting to the Director, this is a technical leadership role for someone who can bring order to a complex ERP landscape and steer group-wide consolidation of systems, data, and processes. You will assist with the multi‑year ERP agenda covering platform harmonisation, integration, architecture, upgrade planning, and enterprise reporting, across solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise platforms within a large organisation. Success in this position depends on combining deep ERP technical expertise with the communication skills needed to align finance, technology, and executive stakeholders around a shared consolidation roadmap. You will translate system design choices, data dependencies, and delivery risks into clear, concise messages that support informed decision‑making at group level. You will set the technical direction for ERP consolidation across multiple entities, business units, or geographies, building a more standardised and scalable enterprise platform environment. In addition, you will take ownership of solution design across ERP integration, data migration, interface architecture, workflow alignment, and post‑implementation optimisation.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline. Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- At least 12+ years of working with large ERP solutions and Oracle Cloud will be an advantage
- Cloud knowledgeable providing end to end orchestration and transformation management from start to finish across all aspects of cloud transformation
- A proven ability to shape long-term, complex and large-scale cloud journeys that can encompass a full range of cloud capabilities
- Embraces a growth mindset for business development, with an ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven track record implementing ERP projects successfully from inception through to delivery.
- Collaborative ways of working with other team members as well as partners and clients
- Self-motivated and able to inspire and motivate others
- Good command in English and Chinese
