Marketing Compliance Assistant

ABOUT THIS JOBWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Compliance Assistant to support our legal and compliance teams in ensuring all advertising and marketing practices meet legal and industry standards. This role involves auditing advertisements, reporting violations, and coordinating with internal departments to address compliance issues.RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor and review digital marketing materials for compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.Flag any non-compliant content and follow defined processes for escalation and resolution.Provide clear compliance feedback regarding required updates or corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of compliance reviews, violations, remediation efforts, and audit findings.Review and respond to customer communications.Stay informed on digital advertising trends, regulatory developments, platform requirements, and industry best practices affecting lead generation and performance marketing.Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including documentation management, reporting, and project tracking.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSMinimum High School Diploma and one (1) year of professional work experience in a corporate environment required.Interest in digital marketing and advertising compliance.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, potential risks, and compliance issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear and professional feedback.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite.Basic understanding of digital marketing, including paid advertising and social media.Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.Flexibility to occasionally support compliance monitoring activities outside of standard business hours, including weekends.Our company offers great benefits: full healthcare package (medical, dental, vision, life), 401k with a company match, flexible schedule, catered lunch, coffee, tea and snacks, competitive pay, and much more!
