中途採用マネジャー（マネジャー）-コーポレート職

アクセンチュアの人事本部の採用部門において、中途採用チームのマネジメント全般を担当いただきます。ビジネス部門のリーダーや管理部門と密接に連携し、事業成長を支える採用戦略の立案から実行、採用KPIの管理、採用プロセスの改善等、チームの責任者としてリードいただきます。

◆業務内容
アクセンチュアの採用部門において、中途採用チームのマネジメント全般を担当する。
・予算の策定および予実管理
・各種KPI達成のためのアクションプラン作成
・ソーシング/チャネル戦略の策定
・担当組織の運営、メンバーマネジメント・育成・能力開発
・採用組織内外の関係部署との連携、関係構築

◆応募要件(MUST)
・学歴：大卒以上

・経験：
-中途採用マネジャー経験3年以上
-中途採用に関する経験10年以上
-採用領域における業務効率化、プロセス改善、またはBPRの経験

・スキル
-日本語：ネイティブレベル
-英語：ビジネスレベル（レポーティング、資料作成が可能なレベル）
 

◆望ましい経験・スキル(WANT)
・大規模採用における採用戦略立案・実行経験
・30名以上規模の組織、または複数チームをマネジメントした経験

◆ 期待するヒューマンスキル
・デジタル/テクノロジー/生成AIへの強い興味
