Purpose of the role

Executes operational landside activities including pre-dispatch validations, dispatching, and post-dispatch workflows. Owns clearing system exceptions (Charge Control and Dispute Approval / Contract Change Transaction), validating documentation, and initiating or approving accessorial charges according to process.

You will be Responsible for

• Monitoring the queue in the SAP Transportation Management System (SAP TM) and resolve flagged exceptions.
• Verifying the required documents for vendor invoice payments.
• Reviewing and approve or reject accessorial charges based on the supporting evidence provided.
• Coordinating with local and regional teams to obtain or correct missing or inaccurate data.
• Facilitating a minimum of two Daily Stand-Up (DSU) meetings per week.
• Participating in cross-functional knowledge-sharing and learning calls.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 Years in Logistics / Shipping Industry (External Hire)

Good Attitude, Communication & Interpersonal skill
