Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 2 years of Chick-fil-A experience required
• Must meet the CORE 4 Standards

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Characteristics:

• Superior communication skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and manage according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Technologically proficient for effective team communication
• Growth mindset and coachable

Compensation: $15.00-$18.00+/hr depending on availability and qualifications

Secondary Compensation and Other Benefits:

• Closed on Sunday
• Discounted Team Member meals
• 401K match and insurance contribution for qualified Team Members
• Up to $2500 in scholarships
