Callaway Golf Europe is excited to offer a fantastic new opportunity to join our Facilities team as a Guest Experience Executive based in Chessington.

Work Arrangement: This position is office based at our head office in Chessington, Surrey (KT9).

The Guest Experience Executive will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £38,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

About the Role
The Guest Experience Executive will be the face of Callaway Golf Europe, creating a warm, professional and memorable experience for every visitor. As the first point of contact at our Chessington head office, you will take ownership of the entire guest journey while providing administrative support across the business and assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering an exceptional front-of-house and visitor experience
  • Coordinating travel, meetings, and a range of business administration activities
  • Supporting site operations, visitor management, and facilities administration
  • Maintaining accurate records and business systems
  • Working collaboratively with teams across the business to provide outstanding customer service and operational support

About You
The Guest Experience Executive will be a friendly, organised and proactive individual with previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or customer-facing administrative role. You'll be confident communicating with people at all levels, enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A professional, positive and customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting facilities or office administration functions
  • Experience coordinating travel, meetings or wider business administration activities
