About the role
The main responsibility for the Account Director is strategically managing and developing MNC or large corporate customers into long term revenue contributors for Orange Business. For current customers, further drive the revenue long term expansion.
Identifying new large business opportunities / projects from selected MNC’s and corporate current/potential customers.
To set up Enterprise Sales Strategies, Senior executives relationship building / management, CXO level engagement, Structure Business Development plan, and to further penetrate Hong Kong Market with selected industries.
Execution of the Business Development Plans and build on-going pipelines.
Manage, leverage and coordinate new accounts and large opportunities, keep growing momentum in new large projects in new and existing accounts.
Leverage all the internal resources and external partnerships with Software, Hardware and Service vendors. Leading senior level communication and business negotiations.
Assisting other Account Managers in hunting activities.
About you
Solid 20 years and above track record selling IT/Telecommunication Solutions of Software/Services to the leading MNCs and corporate customers.
Strong internal team leadership experience leading multiple team members of project managers, presales, consultants, etc.
Great connection and network over the ICT industry. Having relationship resources and relationships with C level clients.
Self-driven, self-motivated and work hard in a fast-growing organization
Result-driven.
Good communication skills to manage communications in a global matrix.
Native English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) speaker preferred.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Account Manager.
