As a Senior Product Engineer (Member of Technical Staff), you'll build and scale the core product experiences powering the company's AI agent platform. You'll own full-stack product features end-to-end, develop intuitive interfaces for interacting with AI systems, and build reliable software used by scientists and researchers.

What You'll Do

• Build and own full-stack product features across the AI agent platform
• Develop user-facing experiences for interacting with AI agents, workflows, and scientific tools
• Design and implement frontend-heavy applications using TypeScript and modern web technologies
• Build scalable backend APIs, integrations, and product infrastructure using Python
• Own critical product surfaces including billing, usage tracking, authentication, permissions, and account management
• Partner closely with AI researchers, scientists, and infrastructure engineers to translate complex capabilities into intuitive products
• Build reliable systems that enable scientists to interact with advanced AI workflows
• Improve product quality, performance, reliability, and user experience through rapid iteration
• Design AI-native engineering workflows and leverage coding agents to accelerate development
• Make product and technical decisions across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
• Collaborate with a small, highly technical team to ship impactful features quickly
• Own projects from initial idea through design, implementation, deployment, and iteration

Ideal Candidate Background

Experience Requirements

• 3–7 years of software engineering experience
• Experience building modern web applications and AI-powered products
• Experience owning product features end-to-end from concept through production
• Experience working at high-growth AI startups or technically ambitious companies
• Experience building full-stack applications with strong frontend ownership
• Experience working in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects and make technical decisions
• Founding engineer or early-stage startup experience preferred

Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python
• Experience building modern frontend applications and user interfaces
• Experience designing and building backend APIs and services
• Experience developing AI-powered products or workflows
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and user experience
• Experience building enterprise SaaS features such as billing, authentication, permissions, and account management
• Experience with cross-platform application development including desktop, mobile, or API-based systems
• Strong engineering fundamentals across software design, architecture, and scalability
• Experience working with AI coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows
• Ability to rapidly understand complex technical domains and build intuitive products
