  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as main point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and customers for disputes and variance questions.
  • Documentation: Provide clear documentation of findings, next steps, and resolution for all investigated items.

  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to continuously improve billing processes, including essential modernization efforts, to reduce revenue leakage and prevent future issues.
  • Team Support: Provide customer service support and guidance to internal CSR's and junior team members on billing inquiries and escalations.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of billing operations processes, accounts receivable, and payment systems (ACH, credit card processing)
  • Experience with dispute resolution, chargeback management, or variance analysis preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and strong documentation practices
  • Ability to identify and escalate risk appropriately
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives
