Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist for The Primary Health Network in Rochester, Pennsylvania.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: Starting at $62,000 with higher compensation based on experience.
- Additional $3,000 added to base salary after obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification.
- 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match.
- 160 hours of Paid Time Off plus 8 paid holidays.
- Continuing education time and allowance.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide preventive dental hygiene services within a collaborative outpatient dental practice.
- Perform cleanings, remove tartar, plaque, and stains, and apply fluoride and sealants.
- Assess oral health, identify potential concerns, and communicate findings to the dentist.
- Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene best practices.
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and support comprehensive dental care plans.
- Work alongside an experienced clinical team dedicated to quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Current Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist License.
- Ability to perform preventive dental hygiene services.
- Experience applying fluoride treatments and sealants.
- Ability to assess oral health and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong patient education and preventive care skills.
- Accurate clinical documentation and treatment planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
