Description
Our client is hiring Partner Development Manager to lead and scale strategic partner relationships across the APJ region, with a focus on Systems Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs). This role is responsible for driving partner-led pipeline, revenue, and customer adoption for our clients GPU IaaS and cloud infrastructure offerings. They launched in singapore in 2026.
The problem they solve:
AI models are only as fast as the data you can feed them. Today, enterprises and AI factories spend millions on NVIDIA H100/H200 clusters, yet 30-40% of GPU cycles are wasted.
The reason? Legacy storage and networking can't deliver data to GPUs fast enough. The result is billions in underutilized capex across the industry.
Built a new category: AI-native storage. They don't retrofit enterprise NAS or HPC file systems. They designed ground-up for the GPU data path
This is a 0-to-1 role. You'll define how AI-native infrastructure is sold to the next generation of buyers: AI factories, neo-clouds, and sovereign compute projects.
This is a senior individual-contributor role with regional ownership, working closely with regional sales leadership, global channel leadership, and cross-functional teams
The role is based in Singapore and is Individual Contributor
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and grow executive-level relationships with top SIs, MSPs, and VARs across APJ
- Develop and execute joint business plans to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
- Build and deliver scalable partner enablement across sales, technical, and go-to-market motions
- Identify, recruit, and activate new strategic partners, leveraging an existing APJ network
- Align closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate partner motions into the broader GTM strategy
- Track partner performance, pipeline, and forecasts, and take corrective action as needed
We expect you to have:
- 7–10+ years of experience in partner development or channel roles
- Proven success driving enterprise cloud or IaaS revenue through partners
- Active, current APJ partner network across SIs, MSPs, and ISVs
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure; GPU or HPC experience preferred
- Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives, technical teams, and partner leadership
What Success Looks Like
- Strategic partners are enabled, activated, and driving measurable pipeline within the first 6–12 months
- Clear partner segmentation, coverage, and execution model is in place across APJ
- Our client is recognized by partners as a credible, high-value cloud and GPU infrastructure provider
