- Participate in HR-related projects aligned with DJH's long-term business strategy, delivering a proactive HR service to all areas of the business ensuring we drive continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of upcoming legislation changes and best practice, to ensure we're compliant with relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Manage and update our HRIS.
- Create and develop new or revised Group people policies in line with legislation to underpin effective and strategic people management.
- Actively coach office leads and line managers across the Group on all aspects of people management, empowering managers to lead through upskilling on people management processes.
Let's talk about you and your skills...
- Be Level 5 or 7 CIPD qualified, with experience working within a commercial, fast paced multi-site environment
- Have a strong knowledge of Employment Law and best practice HR principles and procedures, with a genuine passion for people and transformational change.
- Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment
- Love getting to know people and be confident communicator
