We are seeking a dedicated RDA Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on ambitious projects that craft the future of semiconductor technology. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring flawless process conditions and improving our production capabilities.
## Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Application Ownership – Recipe Set Up, Data Analysis and New tool Evaluation, also included new production inspection recipes transfer.
- Major focus on Laser scan/ PMON /Marco inspection defense line enhancement.
- Have fundamental level of knowledge for an assigned toolset, including theory and concepts, sophisticated recipe setup, and basic fixing, and can support in a backup capacity
- Write or modify equipment recipes to support the needs of the RDA area; this includes both standard ("Process of Record" or POR) recipes as well as engineering (non-POR) recipes
- Monitor and respond to recipe requests to validate completed requests and complete entries, and to provide the required documentation for any requested recipes
- Align with all Micron policies regarding business ethics with regard to vendor interactions
- Advise tool vendors regarding application issues, and connect with the vendor throughout the situation to understand progress, estimated return to production, and root cause of issues.
- Collaborate as needed with Vendors for results regarding partner concern on application issues
## Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to strictly follow and improve processes.
## Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with advanced RDA technologies.
- Familiarity with SPC and CPM methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of industry standards and customer audit processes.
