Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in new project/ system preparation and rollout e.g. conduct testing, collating of data, documentation, rollout coordination, etc.
- Assist with new project/ system implementation such as participating in UAT, collating of data, documentation, etc.
- Provide support and conducting audits for systems: Sabre SynXis Central Reservation System, RMS Cloud Property Management System and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System, etc.
- Assist to coordinate initiatives/ campaign/ rates/ channels setup and support for Online Travel Agents and brand website.

Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma in Business IT, Hospitality Management, or Tourism/ Resort Management.
- Prior experience in using creative applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools would be good, but not mandatory.
- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with data.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills.
