This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into action, aligning stakeholders, and leading complex programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost programs across OpEx, TIQ, and Max-Out to improve output and reduce cost per wafer and cost per gigabit
  • Drive KPI tracking, performance-to-plan (P2P), and reporting to identify gaps and implement mitigations
  • Partner with engineering, procurement, planning, finance, and global teams to execute cost reduction initiatives
  • Identify and resolve capacity constraints using data analysis, benchmarking, and structured problem-solving
  • Leverage automation, analytics, and AI tools to improve program efficiency and decision-making

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field
  • 5+ years of semiconductor fab or front-end manufacturing experience
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience in cross-functional environments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, data visualization (e.g., Tableau), and automation or AI tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, science, or related field
  • Experience in cost management, fab operations, or capacity optimization programs
  • Knowledge of OEE metrics, constraint management, and manufacturing performance benchmarking
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-site initiatives or working with global teams
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods and best-known methods (BKM) development
