The Position

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern with prior internship or project experience in digital marketing. You will work across content, social, email, SEO, analytics, and market research, alongside our marketing team, while getting exposure to the tools and processes behind a modern marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Support the content calendar across our channels, contributing ideas and draft content for review.
• Create content for blogs, website, and social media, working closely with the content team.
• Assist with day-to-day social media posting, community engagement, and trend monitoring.

Email & Campaign Support

• Support email campaign planning, execution, and analysis, including audience segmentation.
• Help coordinate campaigns across channels alongside the wider marketing team.

SEO & Website

• Conduct keyword research and support on-page optimization.
• Help monitor SEO performance and share observations with the team.

Analytics & Reporting

• Help compile performance data across campaigns into regular reports.
• Contribute data-driven observations to support team recommendations.

Market Research

• Research industry trends and market positioning.
• Share findings and insights with the team.

Collaboration & Learning

• Work cross-functionally with design, content, and other marketing team members.
• Take on a small project or workstream as a stretch opportunity, with guidance from the team.
• Stay current on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Prior internship, part-time work, or project experience in digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and social platforms.
• Familiarity with content and email marketing tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data and interpreting basic performance metrics.
• Creative thinker with a collaborative working style.
• A portfolio or examples of past work is required.
