Description
A premium upscale bar & lounge in Dubai is looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join the team immediately.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Captain, or similar role in an upscale bar, lounge, luxury restaurant, or nightlife venue.
- Fluent in French, Italian, or Arabic (English is essential).
- Strong leadership and guest engagement skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
- Ability to supervise floor operations, lead service teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Well-presented with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to join immediately or within 2-3 weeks (priority will be given to immediate joiners).
