Job Description:
As a Stock and Warehouse Specialist at Nobel Biocare TR, you will oversee the inbound and outbound flow of materials and equipment. Your responsibilities include organizing daily shipments, processing product returns, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, timely deliveries, and full compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming products and materials.
- Prepare, package, and document outgoing products for shipment.
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately reflected in the system.
- Prepare and complete customer orders based on stock availability.
- Ensure all deliveries are dispatched on time and in correct condition.
- Communicate with courier companies and track shipment progress.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and documentation of each order.
- Create and follow up on international order requests based on stock needs.
- Receive and check incoming international shipments for quantity and accuracy.
- Conduct all warehouse operations in compliance with internal procedures and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree (preferably logistics, or warehouse management).
- Experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the healthcare sector or a similar field.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software.
- Analytical thinking ability and result-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to focus.
- Ability to generate accurate and timely operational reports.
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements.
