Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation at the forefront of new product development, where you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a strategic product from its early stages. As a Senior Project Manager, you will partner with diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple countries, driving alignment, momentum, and successful delivery. Supported by a highly experienced team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This is a one-year fixed-term contract (maternity cover) position, following a hybrid working model with three on-site days per week (Tuesday to Thursday) and the remaining days worked remotely.Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex product development projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
Drive collaboration across global, cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely decision-making.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Provide clear and concise project reporting to senior leadership, acting as the key point of contact and escalation where required.
Ensure strong project governance, including adherence to processes, documentation standards, and quality frameworks.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related discipline; Project Management certification is advantageous.
Experience:
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within a product development environment.Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.Experience using project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira) and working with Agile or Lean methodologies, ideally within a regulated environment.
Competencies:
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse teams.Demonstrated ability to influence and drive decision-making across a matrix organisation.Resilient, proactive, and adaptable, with a calm and structured approach to managing complexity and change.
Travel (If Applicable): Up to 15% travel as required
