on Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
• ICMA Compliance:
o Responsible for ICMA (Internal Control Manual for Anticorruption) compliance within all DGDI entities.
o Ensuring that the deployment structure of L2 controls remains adapted to the perimeter
o Regular interactions with L&C, Finance and Operations functions within DGDI
o Work towards a qualitative improvement of L2 Controls while maintaining 100% publication
o Close coordination with DARCI team, develop action plan after yearly DARCI audit & implement them
o Conduct quarterly meetings with all users and continuous support to users during publications.
o Coordinate for MAQ (Minimum Anticorruption Questionnaire) across DGDI
• ICMA (rvr) tool activities:
o Admin activities in coordination with DARCI tool support team
o support to users during publication, Training new users

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Ability to operate across a global organization
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with all stakeholders including senior leadership
• Basic awareness of Thales processes such as Compliance, Human Resource, Finance, Procurement.
• Understanding of Anti-corruption compliance requirements (not mandatoty, added advantage)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to effectively manage substantial workloads while consistently meeting established deadlines.
