In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, assisting customers with foreign exchange transactions while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service. What You'll Do
- Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and escalate suspicious or potentially fraudulent documentation.
- Maintain accurate stock balancing and reconciliation records.
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times.
- Build and maintain knowledge of foreign exchange products, regulations, and systems.
- Represent the Mukuru brand positively in every customer interaction.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to pass competency assessments and ongoing training requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and confidence working with systems.
Advantageous
- Foreign exchange experience.
- Mukuru Forex Consultant Training.
- Knowledge of:
- Foreign currencies
- FICA regulations
- Exchange Control Regulations
- ICFX system
