As a Security Officer Foot Patrol in Johnston, RI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-moving logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for personnel and visitors, and report discrepancies involving deliveries, vehicles, and/or restricted areas.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with site contacts, and assisting with security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal standards and post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
