2nd Shift Construction Laborer

We’re hiring 2nd General Laborers to support field maintenance crews with hands‑on work. This role is ideal for reliable workers who don’t mind physical labor.

What You’ll Do

• Pick up debris and maintain clean work areas

• Moving material

• Air Duct cleaning

• General construction tasks

• Assist crew leaders with general labor and site tasks

• Use hand tools and follow all safety procedures

What You Bring

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Experience with construction is a plus (not required)

• Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a crew
