A Technical Assistant Facility Manager oversees the safe, reliable operation of building systems, bridging engineering and administration. Responsibilities include managing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, overseeing vendors, tracking finances, and ensuring compliance with local safety and regulatory standards. [1]

Key qualifications and duties in the local market include:

Core Responsibilities

• Engineering Oversight: Monitor complex infrastructure such as Diesel Generators (DG), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), lifts, and fire systems.
• Vendor & AMC Management: Coordinate with contractors, manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and review work quality.
• Financial Control: Support purchase requisitions, quotation approvals, and budget tracking.
• Compliance & EHS: Enforce safety and statutory inspections to guarantee a risk-free workplace.
