Business Analyst

Business Analyst | Automation business analysis (Please note that the automation component is extremely important for these roles. We have already seen many candidates being rejected due to a lack of strong automation experience, and the client has been particularly strict on this requirement.)

Core Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to perform process mining in Supply Chain, Procurement, F&A, Corporate IT, Shared Services, Customer Success, Sales & Marketing, HR, Production Planning & Management, Part Management and uncover automatable opportunities.
• Participate in workshops with users for gathering and documenting as-is process
• Consolidation of ledger scope and relevant business user list
• Document use cases and user stories based on business requirements
• Prepare documentation of required RPA required artifacts like As-is SOP, PDD, etc.
• UAT training material preparation and UAT training session delivery
• Coordinate progress of UAT, Sign Off, Prod Cut Off and Hypercare
• Support Hypercare.
• Demo and walkthrough product features
• Develops and executes quality assurance through the development and maintenance of test plans
• Provide analytical support
• Analyzing data for patterns and trends
• Visualizing data to make it easier to understand
• Presenting data in such a way that it tells a compelling story
• Develop and deploy metrics to answer key business questions

Required Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of RPA concepts and process automation.
• Communicate complex analysis and insights both verbally and in writing
