Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own conversion, revenue, margin, and service delivery for the UAE and regional markets.
- Personally manage enquiries from initial requests through to confirmed bookings.
- Serve as the trusted day-to-day contact for a major corporate client.
- Source, onboard, and manage local accommodation partners to ensure quality and availability.
- Use commercial judgment to optimize pricing, availability, and selection to protect conversion rates and margins.
- Represent Situ at client meetings, partner discussions, and regional industry forums.
Requirements:
- Experience in corporate accommodation, serviced apartments, relocation, global mobility, long-stay hospitality, hotel apartments, corporate travel, or flexible living.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to personally manage bookings, negotiate rates, chase availability, and resolve issues.
- Senior-level credibility with strong relationship management skills for major clients.
- Deep local knowledge of the UAE accommodation market and partner networks.
- Commercially focused with a strong understanding of conversion and margin management.
