Job Summary:

In this role, we are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to lead complex partner implementations and support the successful onboarding of client programs. This client-facing role is responsible for guiding partner sites through implementation planning, readiness, and launch activities while delivering a consistent, high-quality experience aligned with CPPA standards.

This role will manage multiple concurrent partner implementation projects across both P1 planning/assessment and P2 launch phases, leveraging project management expertise, client facilitation skills, and strong cross-functional coordination to keep implementations moving forward. In the P1 phase, this role is responsible for leading planning activities, coordinating meetings, organizing approved implementation resources, and ensuring partner sites are prepared for a successful transition into implementation. The role will coordinate deliverables from a cross-functional team, support alignment with contractual expectations, and escalate risks, dependencies, or resource needs as appropriate. This role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to guide complex implementation work while partnering with the Principal, Program Strategy and Implementation role on materials, strategy, and process improvements.

The Vanderbilt Health Center for Patient and Professional Advocacy (CPPA) advances professionalism and high reliability in healthcare through education, research, and evidence-based programs. Through PARS® and CORS℠, CPPA uses feedback from patients, families, and healthcare team members to identify and support individuals whose behaviors may negatively impact patient care, teamwork, and workplace culture. Partnering with more than 300 health systems worldwide, CPPA helps organizations promote safe, high-quality care, strengthen professional relationships, and support clinicians in performing at their best.
