Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong commercial mindset and an understanding of the hospitality industry?

Excel Recruitment is looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning Hospitality Division in Dublin.

You will join our established hospitality desk, taking responsibility for developing existing client relationships, winning new business and growing your market.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who wants to join an established division with an existing client and candidate base, while having the freedom to develop their desk and make it their own.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for managing and growing an established hospitality recruitment desk, working closely with clients and candidates across the industry.

Depending on your background, this could be within permanent or temporary hospitality recruitment.

Your role will include:

• Managing and developing relationships with existing hospitality clients
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building a strong network across the hospitality industry
• Meeting clients face-to-face to understand their recruitment requirements
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality hospitality candidates
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Managing the recruitment process from initial client requirement through to placement
• Attending industry events, networking evenings and hospitality functions
• Negotiating recruitment terms and managing the commercial performance of your desk
• Working closely with the wider Hospitality team to maximise opportunities
• Delivering a high standard of service to both clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For

We want to speak with experienced recruiters who know how to manage a busy desk, develop client relationships and generate business.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, from either a permanent or temporary recruitment background
• Experience within hospitality recruitment or a strong understanding of the hospitality industry
• Strong business development and account management skills
• The confidence to pick up the phone, meet clients and win new business
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• The ability to manage a busy recruitment desk and prioritise multiple requirements
• A commercial mindset with the ambition to grow revenue and develop accounts
• A proactive approach and the ability to work well within a successful, fast-paced team

We would also be interested in speaking with experienced hospitality professionals who have a strong commercial, sales or business development background and an excellent understanding of the industry.

OTE of €60k – €70k with uncapped commission.
