Responsibilities:
- Assist buyers and sellers with residential real estate transactions.
- Develop leads and build lasting client relationships.
- Coordinate property showings, offers, negotiations, and closings.
- Communicate professionally with clients and other real estate professionals.
- Follow Massachusetts licensing requirements and brokerage policies.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts real estate salesperson or broker license.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to professionalism and client satisfaction.
- Experienced agents and motivated newer agents are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Requirements:
This is an independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. Starting splits and increases are subject to HFM Realty's brokerage policies and approval. Agents are responsible for applicable licensing, MLS, Realtor membership, and other business expenses.
Agents must meet HFM Realty's minimum annual production requirement of at least two closed transactions or $5,000 in gross commission income, subject to brokerage policies.
