Job Description SummaryJob Description SummaryThe Facility coodinator must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.• Responsible for site facilities operation.• Establish Building Employment services Operational procedures and roll out for site staff• Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with Client Management SLAJob DescriptionJob DescriptionWhat this job involves:Facilities ManagementThe Facility coodinator must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract. Responsible for site facilities operation.Establish Building Employment services Operational procedures and roll out for site staffResponsible for delivery of services in accordance with Client Management SLAEnsure compliance with all governmental regulationsInitiative strategies  to reduce the  Building operation repair cost.Manage all  in house/contract vendors to carry out the job as per SLA.Initiate and maintain Preventive Management ProgramResponsible on the  follow up   BAC/AR closure as per SLAOperation improvement. (To manage day to day operation and issues arise)Excute minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors.Client/Stakeholder ManagementManage the key client team representatives effectively to ensure that expected service levels are achievedBuild strong working relationships with key client representatives .Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and proceduresProcurement & Vendor ManagementReview the service practices of  in house/contractors to deliver quality work practices and documentaion .Risk ManagementProtect the health and safety of staff and others.Ensure compliance with JLL programs and audit programsSite OperationsPlan and take responsibility for smooth operations of all Civil works pertaining to the facility24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is requiredManage  building scope and projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated timeDevelop and implement innovation programs and processes that reduce   costs, increase productivity and savings .Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targetsEmergency Call OutStand by 24*7 for all emergency call outs prepare incident reportsCoordinate appropriate action for rectification including preliminary analysis of faultEducation and experienceDegree engineering, facilities management /or 5 years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field. Experience  working in building management will be an added advantage.Skills and CompetencyExcellecent management and organisational skills, and  good at meeting deadlines. Good Interpersonel skills
