Summary:

Manage workflow to ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded. Processing of work - mail sorting, check processing, data entry, document retrieval and review, account research. Acted as the primary point of contact for customers via emails and Calls. Receives, consolidates, maintains and/or summarizes multiple sources of records, files or documents. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank's servicing system (MSP).
• Responds to internal and external customers via written and verbal communication.
• Processing of work - mail sorting, check processing, data entry, document retrieval and review, account research.
• Manage workflow to ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.
• Assists in developing and maintaining department procedures.
• Positions in this job family must adhere to written policies and procedures and will be regularly audited to ensure compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One or more years’ experience in a customer service related position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good written and verbal communication skills. 
• Good organizational skills.
• Excellent PC skills including specialized software such as product specific applications a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proven problem-solving skills.
