As a Product Owner in Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), you will drive the development, optimization, and maintenance of solutions that help protect the bank from financial crime risks. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will ensure AFC systems deliver business value, support regulatory requirements, and meet user needs.
How You Will Make an Impact
Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement Anti-Financial Crime solutions and tools.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning product goals and roadmap with key stakeholders.
Ensure backlog items are clearly defined and understood by the development team.
Support the daily maintenance and configuration of Anti-Financial Crime systems.
Guide product-related changes through IT Governance processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of AFC solutions by identifying optimization and automation opportunities.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and technology developments.
Support user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business and end-user requirements.
Monitor, investigate, and follow up on incidents, ensuring timely resolution and validation of fixes.
Use data-driven insights to resolve issues, improve processes, and identify compliance risks.
Maintain product documentation in line with established standards.
Facilitate collaboration across teams, drive decision-making, and provide leadership in delivering product initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Experience managing product backlogs, priorities, and roadmaps in an Agile environment.
Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
Experience collaborating with business and technology teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization.
Fluent English communication skills.
Additional Advantages
Experience with AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, or other Anti-Financial Crime solutions.
Experience in Anti-Fraud processes, systems, or investigations.
Leadership or people management experience.
Understanding of banking regulatory and compliance requirements.

Gross salary. 3,500 - 5,300 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
