Job Overview

The Trainee / Executive – Contact Centre will be responsible for handling customer communications professionally and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires excellent telephone etiquette, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
• Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and customer service standards.
• Assist customers with their requirements and provide appropriate information.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
• Fluency in Sinhala and English is required.
• Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
