DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:

The Strength and Conditioning department is responsible for player evaluation, programming, innovation, and collaboration between all other departments and stakeholders to optimize on-field performance.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Boston Red Sox are looking for Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coaches for the upcoming 2025 season. Assistant S&C Coaches will report to Fort Myers, FL for Spring Training and then travel with an affiliate team until the end of the team’s competitive season. Assistant S&C Coaches will be notified of their affiliate assignments during Spring Training at the discretion of the organization. Coaches will assist in the implementation of the Boston Red Sox Strength and Conditioning, Baseball Sciences, Medical, and Nutrition programs.
Travel:
This position will be based out of Fort Myers, Florida during Minor League Spring Training, then based out of an assigned affiliate for the duration of the competitive season. Travel to all away games is required. Occasional travel may be required to other Red Sox affiliates, staff events, and educational opportunities.
