Senior Staff Engineer

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Drive product characterization, electrical validation, and reliability qualification activities. Investigate production and customer return failures through data-driven root cause analysis. Lead yield improvement and test optimization initiatives. Perform ATE-to-bench correlation and electrical failure analysis. Support manufacturing transfers, fab qualifications, and cost reduction programs. Develop and enhance test methodologies to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Enable derivative product bring-up and support new business opportunities. Provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business objectives. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related area. Strong understanding of RF and Analog Mixed-Signal architectures, circuits, and performance characterization. Hands-on experience in semiconductor characterization, reliability testing, yield enhancement, and failure analysis. Expertise in ATE, bench validation, statistical analysis, and data-driven problem solving. Proven ability to lead technical investigations and deliver impactful business results. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven individual with the ability to manage priorities, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
