Role Overview:

Support the analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP Sales solutions by gathering and documenting business requirements, investigating system issues, resolving defects, and collaborating with business stakeholders and senior consultants to optimize business processes.

Role insights:

• Support the analysis and documentation of business requirements within the SAP Sales environment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of SAP Sales process enhancements and new functionalities.
• Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing SAP Sales solutions.
• Manage SAP configuration, customization, testing and deployment activities.
• Assist in monitoring and resolving defects to ensure stable business operations.
• Investigate system and process issues, perform initial analyses and collaborate with senior consultants to identify solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and support process optimization initiatives.

What makes you unique:

• At least 1 year of professional experience working with SAP systems
• Basic understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Initial knowledge of SAP SD or willingness to develop expertise in SAP Sales processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree from a Technical University in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field.
• Solid ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills or willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English (strong verbal and written communication skills).
• Experience working in the telecommunication industry is considered as a plus.
