What you will do:
- Recruits, leads and mentors junior team of scientists
- .Understands product purification by means of FPLC chromatography (including but not limited to SEC, IEC, ProtA).
- Develops and reviews workplans involving SEC, UPLC-MS, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, endotoxin testing techniques and sets standards for high quality work.
- Monitors documentation of results in ELN
- Approves high-quality production reports (in PowerPoint format) and product certificates (CoTs).
- Communicate results with broader stakeholder community.
- Provide general support to lab operations.
- Serves as SME in project team meetings with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and quality & safety standards and observes regulatory and safety compliance in the laboratory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Degree：BSc or MSc
- Field of Study：chemical biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering or related fields
- Team management skills
- Experience with various protein purification and analysis techniques including SEC, IEX, affinity chromatography (protein A/L, Ni-NTA), SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC and MS
- Experience with handling antibodies, including modification, purification and analysis.
- Familiarity with various bioconjugation chemistry techniques and preferably hands-on experience
- Strong commitment to laboratory work and project delivery
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong team-player mentality
