Position Summary

We are actively seeking dynamic, charismatic, and fluent Dutch speakers to serve as lead hosts for live digital streaming productions in downtown Madrid. If you possess strong camera charisma and are eager to launch an international career in digital media and online gaming, this position offers an ideal starting point.

As an interactive broadcast presenter, you will deliver lively entertainment while serving as a primary brand representative. Working within a modern production facility, you will host live Dutch-language streams, engage directly with an international digital audience, and build a rewarding career path in a vibrant European capital.

Key Role & Responsibilities

• On-Air Hosting: Front high-energy, fast-paced live broadcasts with a polished screen presence, strong storytelling skills, and professional poise.
• Audience Interaction: Engage with real-time viewers to create a welcoming, entertaining digital environment and increase viewer involvement.
• Professional Appearance: Uphold high personal grooming, posture, and visual presentation standards during broadcasts to reflect brand expectations.
• Compliance Standards: Follow strict operational procedures and regulatory guidelines to ensure total accuracy, fairness, and transparency across all streaming segments.
• Studio Collaboration: Work closely with floor managers, technical crews, and producers to coordinate timing and deliver smooth, high-quality live productions.

Pay & Performance Incentives

• Salary: Total gross €1,850 – €2,100 / month (€1,500 base + €4.00/hr language pay + up to €3.00/hr quality incentive + 20% night shift premium)
• Base Pay: A reliable base salary of €1,500 gross per month.
• Language Pay: An additional €4.00 per hour while presenting live Dutch broadcasts.
• Quality Incentive: Up to €3.00 per hour bonus based on hosting quality, rule adherence, and performance standards.
• Night Shift Extra: A 20% pay premium applied to shifts scheduled between 22:55 and 08:00.

Moving & Relocation Support

• Travel Included: Flight ticket to Madrid provided (or high-speed train fare if relocating within Spain).
• Temporary Housing: 25 days of company-funded accommodation upon arrival for a seamless settling-in period.
• Relocation Allowance: A €1,500 cash stipend to assist with initial setup expenses, rental deposits, and moving costs.
• Paperwork Assistance: Dedicated support from our HR team to secure your Spanish NIE tax number, complete Social Security registration, and set up a local bank account.
