As a Management Associate, you'll learn the business from the ground up, from serving customers and driving sales to managing fleet operations and business performance. Bring your motivation and we'll help you build the skills to grow into a Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Develop as a Leader: Learn branch operations while building skills in team leadership, scheduling, coaching, and business performance.
- Create Great Customer Experiences: Deliver friendly, solutions-focused service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Drive Sales & Results: Support sales goals, learn effective sales techniques, and gain experience with CRM tools and key business metrics.
- Keep Operations Moving: Support fleet logistics, vehicle inventory, lot management, vehicle preparation, and daily branch needs.
- Learn the Business: Gain exposure to financial processes, reporting, compliance, revenue, expenses, and overall branch performance.
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused future leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 20 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask and solve problems.
- Professional demeanor and experience in a professional environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow into leadership.
What You’ll Get:
- The hourly rate / wage for this role is $16.00 + commission, varies based on performance.
- Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime).
- Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay).
- Sick Pay: Granted Up to 40 hours.
- Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays).
